Admin sur la route is a private application used to read accounting and email information, prepare drafts, and support review workflows.

Data accessed

The application may access QuickBooks customer, estimate, invoice, account, report, and company information after explicit authorization. It may access Microsoft Outlook messages only when Outlook is configured and authorized.

Data stored

The application stores OAuth tokens, audit records, and draft records required to operate the service. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

Data sharing

Data is used only to provide the application workflow. It is not sold or shared for advertising.

Revocation

Access can be revoked from QuickBooks, Microsoft, or by using the application disconnect endpoints.
